You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.

On the day of the cremation, our team will bring your loved one into the service, which your family and friends attend at a crematorium, where you can include music, readings, or words from those who knew them best. The service itself usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes, and you are welcome to personalise every part of it to reflect the person who died. Our Motherwell team will guide you through the timing and arrangements well in advance so that the day feels as calm and meaningful as possible.

There is restricted parking directly outside our funeral home on Windmillhill Street, which allows around 20 minutes — useful if you are dropping off or collecting documents. For longer visits, such as arrangement meetings or time in our chapel of rest, additional parking is available on nearby Camp Street. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor, and while we do not currently have a ramp for wheelchair access, we do have an accessible toilet and our team will always do everything we can to accommodate your family's needs.
